Role description

Adoption Assistant volunteers are needed for our Eastern Hills Mall adoption center. These volunteers greet visitors to the adoption center, provide general information about Ten Lives Club and the cats available for adoption at this location, review adoption applications and complete adoption paperwork. Some cleaning and basic cat care are also performed. This is a busy adoption location that requires volunteers who are friendly, reliable, and able to multi-task.

Role Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and deliver friendly, positive customer service

• Experience caring for/handling cats is preferred

• Compassion towards animals

• Must be able to work along side store manager, other volunteers, and visitors

• Reliable transportation

• Must be able to commit to a weekly scheduled shift

Eastern Hills Mall TLC Adoption Center- 4545 Transit Road, Williamsville, NY

• Mondays and Saturdays 11am-2pm, and 2pm-5pm

• Tuesdays and Fridays 11am-2pm
